Job Description
Bonsal American, a leading manufacturer of building materials is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell packaged cement mixes and repair products to Wholesale Distributors and Retail Dealers throughout Chicagoland and Southern Illinois.
Job Responsibilities:
• Increase sales volume with established accounts.
• Implement planned sales strategies to gain new territory and accounts.
• Create brand recognition.
• Effectively merchandise new stores and reset existing stores as needed.
• Comply with all Company policies including the usage of sales policies and programs for all sales accounts.
• Submit all required reporting, i.e. expense reports and general reporting regarding the operation of the territory.
• Use resources, supplies and time efficiently and responsibly to contain costs and increase value of services.
• Attend and participate in Company sales meetings, training programs and assigned trade shows.
Required Skills
• Experience preferred.
• Industry knowledge beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience and successful track record in outside sales.
• Self Motivated.
• Excellent Communication and Computer Skills.
• Problem solving/decision making skills.
• Time management and organizational skills. |
