Digital Marketing Leader, BMG Outbound Marketing The Digital Marketing Leader is responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that generate demand for our products, while increasing revenue, brand loyalty and maximizing our investment in productivity. This includes leveraging customer, user and business information to make informed decisions towards all aspects of our digital presence including content strategies, e-marketing and social engagement. This position reports to the Director, Outbound & Brand Marketing. This position will also maintain key relationships with business partners in IT.
I.Responsibilities:
a) Knows the Customer
Through knowledge of our customers, the Digital Marketing Leader will drive digital strategies and execution to support OC goals and customer needs. Will work with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive integrated digital marketing plans.
b) Knows Technology
The Digital Marketing Leader needs a strong working knowledge of digital technology, web, analytics and reports that drive actionable results. Will lead successful integration with company IT resources and design test strategies that are measurable, scaleable, and sustainable. Oversee digital messaging while ensuring brand consistency and maximizing investments. Will also help coordinate social media activities across the Building Materials Group.
c) Manages Vendor Relationship
Digital Marketing Leader will lead SEO and paid search and online marketing activities. Will also manage digital agency and other vendor relationships
Metrics: Position will be measured on ROI on Marketing Investment, Continuous Improvement in KPI performance across all sites, budget management and efficiencies, and contribution to brand performance

Education, Experience and Travel Requirements: *Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field *Minimum 10 years in web/digital marketing environment *Successful experience working in a complex matrix environment *Experience in B2B and B2C *Budget management experience *Proficiencies in current web and IT technologies *Less than 10% Travel
SKILLS FOR SUCCESS - This position requires the following: *Strong analytical skills *Ability to define actionable strategies *Intense motivation for strong execution *Ability to work collaboratively.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
